My Siberian Husky Odie has been fired from two different groomers due to his drama. Since I have been taking Odie to see Darci in the Osprey resort, he has gotten nothing but good reviews. Thank you Darci for taming this hairy beast! I no longer feel his anxiety that he typically displays going into a groomer. Darci does a wonderful job and even gives Odie a colorful tail to match his colorful personality. I will not take Odie anywhere else, so hopefully he doesn’t get fired from here. 😂

This place is abusive to animals. Our dog was bit twice by other aggressive dogs and Brandi and Laurie lie and try to cover up the incidents. There is no supervision for these dogs. 20+ dogs and the staff are overworked. They will lie about your dogs and when you ask for the film they will not release it. They are rude. Trust me on this it is very hard to find a safe place for pups and this is not it. It is a corporate mill and they only care about your money. We trained our dog 2x a week for months and we showed up early one time only to find our dog in the crate with no training and no daycare completed and it was 2pm. They are very dangerous. I overlooked the bad reviews previously and that is my fault because they were right. This place is disguising to animals and i feel bad for all the pups in their care.

I love Bayside! My dog is always so excited to get inside, and he especially loves swimming in the pool with his friends. What is even better for me, is if he gets a bit stinky after his playtime, he can get a bath in the spa portion of the building, and they always have him smelling and feeling amazing. I would recommend this facility to anybody, as they have a multitude of services for the day to day pet parent

We took our dog due to traveling for Thanksgiving. First time Taking him. He returned to us Bruised all up. Really sad he cried and was shaking.

How can you say you can't find us in your records and than say but your mother's dog? You actually knew what I was talking about.

Edited: WE came in a day earlier to speak with your receptionist and was told you could handle him. Than we came back to drop him off. We was unpleasantly told that due to him being a bit hard to handle we paid extra so that he could stay in a special sweet. Because that'd where you put dogs like snoppy. We paid extra and trusted you thinking you had experience with small dogs like snoppy (Chihuahua) if you couldn't handle him all you had to say was No. But we would have never left him if we knew that he would return to us all Bruised up. His ear still look like another dog bit his the tip of his ear off. Really sad I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

Was told they would send clorrox wipes and to send pictures and we haven't received a call back from last Friday.

So far, so good Bayside pet resort gives us a chance to have a day of water activities without our baby. She would prefer to play with other dogs then go swimming. The staff here made me go through a whole examination process with my dog that took quite a good amount of time to be able to have her at the resort although it was a pain, I don’t think I would want to take my dog anywhere else. Daycare as well as overnight boarding. Bye-bye Azula. Have a good day. See you soon. 🐶

When I had an emergency trip I needed to board my babies for the first time. I was so nervous and afraid to leave them. The Sarasota staff was so comforting and patient. I saw how clean it was and the variety of options gave me choices for their care. When I called to check on them I was given plenty of time on the phone which made me feel even better. I wouldn't leave them anywhere else. They are my family and need the best care when I'm away. When we picked them up they were healthy and clean. I was so grateful.

I really appreciate the care and consideration they took to show me how they handle dog reactive pups. I felt that R2D2 were going to be well received and they had processes in place to ensure the safety of everyone. They also called to give me a couple of updates to reassure me how they were adjusting. When checking in, they assess the pups fur for fleas and nose for hydration, and they ask if there are any current tumors or bumps present. This was the first time I had ever experienced this at a facility. I also appreciated this level of care and attention. We will be back. The prices are a bit high, but I am willing to when the care and attention reflect the cost. R2D2 even got a bath and nails trimmed, and for them, this is a whole drama process at home.

My large breed dog attends training, daycare and boarding at the Sarasota location. First impression is the entire facility is so clean and set up for my dog's every need. I know he will be safe and cared when he is away from me. Everytime I drop him off at the resort he responds to all the good vibes of the staff with tail wagging, licking the glass and pushing the front door with his nose because he wants to go into play or learn! The caring staff give him all belly rubs and attention he wants!
