Marine supply store

I had a problem that made me something of a difficult customer to deal with, but Caesar was extremely helpful, patient, and kind during the process. Will definitely continue shopping here!

Sad to say poor customer service, no respect for the integrity of the customer even when you have your purchase invoice...

Great service with pretty knowledgeable staff and average prices

I needed Yamaha outboard spark plugs on a Saturday afternoon (long story). They had them and the price was similar to Amazon. The service was friendly and efficient.

I don't often get the occasion to shop West Marine. In fact, it's been a decade or two. This location is great, the toddler life jacket that I was looking for. A super huge plus is the great selection of quality fishing tackle than I never expected to see. I spent $100 on my purchase and left feeling like I got exactly what I wanted. The staff were helpful enough, and didn't seem offended by me asking questions. It went about as good as it could have gone.

I needed a bunch of miscellaneous gear for my new boat so I found myself at the West Marine in Bradenton…. Me and my Wife walked in and were immediately greeted by associate that was working up front, wished I remembered his name. As we walked around like kids in a candy store I was greeted by John and from that point he was on point the whole time we shopped asking if we needed help with anything. Really enjoyed our experience at this location, although I am now broker than I planned on being! 😂…. I’m one of those people that expect service when I’m giving you my business and John and the folks at Bradenton West Marine go above and beyond…. We will definitely be shopping here again! Thanks again John! 😁

Always open and have a great inventory. Everything from electrical to bottom paint and gel coat.
