Cyndy was great. Hoping from register to register, working a long line of people by herself gracefully. Told me about promotions while working efficiently and fast. Great job. Haven’t been here for a while and was coming for something I did not find but found other things I needed and she made it worthwhile to see someone with exceptional work ethic! I’ll be back to take advantage of the perks I now know about!

Just went in to get fish needed to use restroom, they have the woman’s restroom for employees
So paying customers have to use the men’s room which is completely disgusting there was urine on the floor no toilet paper no paper towels well everything‘s on the floor and it reeks of just of stale old urine. I will never use the store.
The employee that was handling the fish department was super nice. She was working with someone else and had to leave at one so I waited and nobody else came to that department so I left will not ever return. I suggest you go somewhere else where there’s not urine on the floor and no employees.

I recently took my Pomeranian, Sandy, in for a routine grooming at PetSmart in Bradenton, and I was very impressed with the service. The girls in the grooming salon were so friendly and welcoming, and they made Sandy feel very comfortable and at ease. They took the time to ask me about my preferences for Sandy's haircut, and they did a wonderful job of following my instructions. Sandy came out of the salon looking beautiful, clean, and happy!

I would definitely recommend PetSmart Grooming in Bradenton to anyone looking for a great place to get their dog groomed. The staff is friendly and professional, and they take the time to make sure that your dog is comfortable and happy. I would definitely use them again!

I took two Advantage packs to the front and the lady told me they’re expensive and not $3. I asked her to go look at the price and she wouldn’t (I also called a little bit ago to ask somebody to check the price- it was a misprint). My dog jumped up to her on the counter because she knew that she has treats behind there, and she was SO rude- didn’t say anything and just gave me a nasty look. Why are you working at petsmart if you hate animals? If you don’t like your job, simply don’t work there.

I came in not exactly sure what I needed for the issue my cat was having. The cashier on duty (I believe her name was Shelby) did not hesitate to help me. She helped me figure exactly what I needed quick and easy.

Great place for a puppy training class. It's located a bit hidden, so I suspect that is why quite quiet.
I am there with one if my puppies for a 6 week class, and suprised that there is only 3 in the class. Yesterday others were a no-show, so my Laku got a private lesson, kind of.
Great trainer, Linda, she has a way with animals and they respond well to her. My dog is responding well to the training and this is the 5th dog I get trained at a PetSmart, absolutely money and time well spent.

Took my toy poodle for grooming, the first thing that irritated me was the attitude of the groomer then she took it upon herself to reclassify my dog as a miniature poodle when he is a ACK Toy poodle. Now we all know poodles of all sizes are hyper active and he was giving a very mild sedative prior to the service but it was only an 30 mins prior as instructed by them and that’s not enough time for it to kick in. I assumed that they would have him rest for a bit prior to the groom. He has never required sedation in the past, but thought it would be a good idea since he’s never been there before. Five minutes after dropping him off she calls me and says she cannot complete the groom , because he is bitting at the leash and bit her. The dog is very mouthy loves to nibble and they were informed prior and it was in his notes from his previous groomer. My dog doesn’t know groomer and he could probably sense the attitude she carried. How does a person who has groomed dogs for 11 years, find it so difficult to compete the groom of a hyper dog. I would expect with that much experience you would be able to groom any kind of dog with any behavioral trait. He’s gone to PetSmart since birth but his first time at this location. I did not feel welcomed, i was talked at and I don’t feel that a good effort was made to complete the service that I requested. I will never be back and would not trust these people with my dog.
