I recently took my puppies to their first check-up, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The doctor was incredibly friendly, and both the receptionist and the nurse were attentive, patient, and compassionate. They answered all my questions thoroughly, making me feel well-informed and reassured. I've visited many veterinary clinics before with my other dogs, but I’ve never received follow-up calls or emails after an appointment. This clinic truly goes above and beyond in caring for their patients and ensuring pet owners feel supported. Highly recommended!

We have called each day since Saturday, now its Tuesday and each day they tell us to bring our dog the next day to get her toenails done. Each time we have to give her medicine to sedate her for the toenail trim. We are unnecessarily giving our dog medicine and then being told that that cant do it when we arrive. Absolutely wasting our time and money. This place used to be great. EVERY SINGLE TIME is a disaster.

I recommend Dr Kristen a 200% she is the best vet my cat ever had that is for sure!!!!!!
She is a great listener, kind, and I love her sense of humor!! I feel understood, I love that I can work around treatment options with her without feeling judged, we definitely feel that we are not just a number! I’m so blessed to find her for my guy! And she gives the best haircut shaves ever!!! we can’t ask for more!

Amazing practice! Dr Kristin took such good care of Jake for the last 6 years of his life and helped make them so much better for him. The staff has always been above and beyond and I will 100% be taking any pets we get to her in the future.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism or sympathy I received at Coastal Animal Medical Center. My 17-year-old dog, who is nearing the end of his life, who was recently seen by their vet, has been diagnosed with an eye infection (by an ophthalmologist). In order to reduce the stress on my dying dog, I did not want to take him into the vets office, simply because as many of you know, the smell and odor is taxing. So, I requested an antibiotic for his eyes, only to be met with an unprofessional and immature response from the receptionist. Instead of prioritizing patient care, they seemed more focused on forcing an unnecessary office visit. Compassion and common sense should come first in veterinary care, and unfortunately, that was not the case

We’ve been PPC members here for nearly 2 years now, and we LOVE it here! Lately, Dr. Chapman has been helping our doodle with a really aggressive ear issue, requiring multiple medications and visits. In each visit, she (and the entire staff!) are so warm and understanding of us and our girl! She loves going to the vet, and they have great facilities. I’m a helicopter mama and I call them a fair bit, every single phone call is helpful and so kind! Never going to another vet!

Friendly staff that is very knowledgeable . This is a privately owned Veterinary Hospital NOT a corporate organization. Their fees are reasonable and fair.

We have trusted them with our Annabel Lee since she was a puppy. They are always friendly, helpful and professional.
They take great care of our girl and she loves visiting her Vet.
