My son bought a 3 month old maltipoo girl from this establishment back in August. Unfortunately for his new wife and himself, she was too much to handle so they gave her to me, the mom. She has been so precious, no issues at all. My son said the place was super clean and staff was friendly. I did my research on the breeders and everything was sufficient. We love our sweet Mila. She’s now 7 months old and she’s super spoiled.

I am NOT an animal rights activist. However, places like these make me want to become one. They lie about the puppies and where they get them from. These puppies are from breeders who have no compassion for animals and who will do anything for money. Even if that means dogs with lifelong health problems from poor breeding. Do better, rescue from non kill shelters!!

place was great! second time here to purchase puppies! they were super nice and let me play with alot of dogs! i only got one but i hope when i go back the tan dachshund is still there!love both of my puppies that i purchased from there.

Our family is so happy to finally find a new member to love! We had been looking for a Chion or Papillon after losing our sweet baby about 3 months ago unexpectedly. We came into the shop and was greeted by Dana and explained the process of sanitation between puppies for their safety. We found several we were interested in but a 10 week papillon was who we fell in love with. He is the sweetest! Dana worked with us to get the best deal she could and after a few hours we left with our little guy. We have already named him “Bodie”. We were provided a folder with all of his lineage, breeder information, and vet paperwork. He is chipped and was the center of attention when we took him to Wal-Mart for a new leash and collar, puppy treats, toys and a new set of dishes. He is a tiny little bundle of energy and is going to be so loved! We have no complaints. I understand there is a smell that is in the building but when you have 6 rows of puppies that are constantly going to the restroom, the workers are human. It was nothing extreme. The puppies were all extremely active and loving! I did not find one puppy that seemed sick or fatigued. We were also given their word of a 14 day guarantee and to have him to the vet within 5 days and if there were any issues that they would cover the bill. Please remember to make your own assessment, don’t judge based off negative reviews. Go in and see if it works for your family. ❤️

Today I got the breed I was dreaming of .. A gorgeous maltipoo baby girl! Puppies look great happy and playful. Great costumer service. The lady was great , gave me tips on what the puppy likes . She genuinely really cared about the well being of the puppies. I can’t be happier today. Thank you coastal staff! So happy and grateful!

The puppies are there are not taken care of. I am NOT animal advocate in any way. THEY ARE GOING TO COPY AND PASTE THAT UNDER MY POST. I bought a Yorkie puppy from there 6 months ago. She supposedly lived at the owners home. Because they wanted to keep her. As soon as we got got her home. She was diagnosed with kennel cough. We paid 3500 for the puppy and the 1st vet bill was 1000.00. Now she has another issue that will cost upwards to 2000 00. They also had a male Yorkie labeled as a female so be sure to check them before you purchase.

the teenagers/early twenties that take care of the animals there DO NOT CARE. they act like YOU , the buyer are bothering THEM while they are being paid to work there.

Feces and piss reeks, which I know urine leaves a smell but before the "owner" came to drop our puppy off to us the employees ran around trying to clean the place up, I do think he might care but he does not have good management or business practices. FIRE THEM.

Our puppy needed a last "vet check" before she left , when my finance got there the "vet" was looking at dogs through the cages , NOT ACTUALLY REMOVING THEM ND DOING AN EXAM. TOTAL VIOLATION- that is totally neglect.

Got our new family Papillon from here. Facility was immaculate, staff was great, the ability to see the location of the breeder and have contact with them as wonderful. Stopped in today with my fiancé and the store was very clean and lots of cute and happy puppies. Would love to get a puppy from them in the future! We lost ours tragically 4 years ago and finally ready to get a new puppy. Wish there was a way to email them or website!
