We all know "that day" is coming, but we are never fully prepared for it. I am very grateful for Ron and the Compassionate Cremations and Memorials team. My parents visited a while back to make arrangements for services they would need someday. They left having their affairs in order and were very satisfied with the arrangements and how their questions were answered. They were relieved and felt good about being able to plan ahead of time for their final arrangements. They knew it would help my brother and I, that we were honoring their wishes, and that it was one less thing we would have to decide when "that day" came. They were kind, compassionate, professional, and helpful when we returned after my dad passed. They walked us through everything we needed to know, and what I valued most was that they were advising us the same way they would their loved ones. They helped us decide what was proper and honoring and advised us of options for us to make sound financial decisions. I highly recommend Ron and his team to anyone who cares for their loved ones. We chose to pay in advance which is such a smart idea. When my mother passed it was one less thing to worry about. They coordinated with the facility that she was in. When it came time to select containers the director was not pushy at all on what to select, but rather laid out options clearly with pros and cons and no implied guilt. I personally enjoyed his warmth and style. I highly recommend this company.

The team at Compassionate Cremations and Memorials was very sympathetic and helped me through the process. It was easy and seamless. The only thing that I wished they did was to ask if I wanted a fingerprint from my loved one. I had one for my mom and I wanted one for my dad to put together on a necklace and now I won't ever be able to do that. Other than that, I am glad that I chose Compassionate Cremations.
