I recently worked with Creative Aquatics for the construction and ongoing maintenance of my home aquarium, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Will and his team brought my vision to life, creating a stunning, vibrant aquatic environment that exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail in every aspect of the design and setup process was impressive, and they were able to address all my specific needs with ease.

Will is incredibly knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain each step, ensuring I felt involved and informed throughout. The maintenance service has been top-notch, with the team always punctual, thorough, and respectful of my home. My aquarium has never looked better, and my fish are thriving thanks to their expert care. I highly recommend Creative Aquatics to anyone looking to build or maintain a beautiful, healthy aquarium.

I’ve been in the aquarium hobby for many years, starting when I lived in Hong Kong and then continuing through my 12 years in Japan before relocating to Florida in 1995. Over the years, I’ve gone through more aquarium service businesses than I can count. I have yet to find one here in Florida that matches the attention to detail, professional expertise, and reliable service I experienced with companies in Hong Kong and Japan for both saltwater and freshwater tanks. Creative Aquatics, however, stands out as a business that could rival those top-tier Chinese and Japanese companies. They are always available, especially during emergencies, and Willy and his crew are an absolute pleasure to work with. If I could turn back the clock, I would have secured their services back in 1995. Please disregard any negative or unsubstantiated comments; those are unfounded and likely created by trolls. Creative Aquatics is a well-founded and grounded company that genuinely cares for its clients. -Dr. D.

Will helped me set up the following for my Waterbox Reef 220.6 (167 gallons display; 215 gallons total), 1x Vortech MP60 wave pump on the right, 3x Radion XR30 G6 lights, and 3x Radion RMS light mounts

What I love about Will:

- 100% flawless execution: I have no technical competence since I'm new to the saltwater aquarium hobby and Will knew exactly what had to be done. As you can see in the attached pic, the lights look beautiful in my house and the Vortech MP60 on the right is providing a lot of flow and complementing my other Vortech MP60.

- close attention to detail: Will was very methodical & precise making sure the lights were precisely evenly distributed across the aquarium, the VorTech MP60 on the right was positioned to create a complementary circular gyre with the other VorTech, and made great observations on the equipment that was installed by others and made recommendations to make it better. This included adding tiny holders to secure the MP60 to reduce the chances of them falling off, insisting we used the right spaces to prevent the MP60s falling off, and adjusting my power supply positioning to reduce the chances of a fire. I can tell not only did Will wanted to get the job done, he also wanted the done well to ensure I was successful as I start this new saltwater aquarium hobby.

- professionalism & camaraderie: Will is just an A+ professional and while Will was busy with my Radion and Vortech, it was nice to socialize with them to better understand my aquarium, the hobby, and learn from him about other things such as cord management, maximizing the use of my RO/DI system, and how I'm doing with my water cycling.

I'm very happy to be a customer of Will because they are few men I could trust with my expensive & delicate aquarium & equipment (three Radion lights are +$3,000 and the Vortech MP60 is $820) and I'm new to the saltwater aquarium hobby so I needed an experienced top-tier pro to make sure I'm set up for success as I start the first year of my lifelong dream of owning a saltwater aquarium.

My first introduction to Creative Aquatics was via a technician named Matt. He set up the tanks for the very first fish that I've ever owned outside the run-of-the-mill carnival goldfish from childhood. In the years since then, he's helped expand and condense tanks in my home as needed, provided expert insight into the temperament and compatibility of each breed selected, and helped prevent and recover tanks from catastrophic loss.

I have personally learned more about fish and aquarium upkeep than I ever thought possible, and I continue to expand on that constantly because of my interaction here. I am continually astounded by the vast knowledge of the staff when dealing with me. There have been several times where I've sent a picture, or even a super vague description of a fish I've seen randomly out and about, and received a response with the exact name of the species, average pricing, general personality of the breed, its compatibility with my existing tanks, and its ordering availability.

Matt's service and dedication to the tanks he manages is truly remarkable to see, and I cannot emphasize how much I recommend Creative Aquatics based on the personalized care and attention to detail that I've consistently received every time I've dealt with the company.

Creative Aquatics has been an indispensable partner in maintaining the clarity and health of my turtle aquarium through their monthly service visits. From the outset, their customer service has been nothing short of amazing, always demonstrating responsiveness and attentiveness to any inquiries or concerns I might have about my tank. This level of customer care is a rare find in today's fast-paced world and truly sets Creative Aquatics apart from others in the field.

The technicians who visit my home are consistently friendly and knowledgeable, which gives me great peace of mind. Their punctuality is remarkable, ensuring that each appointment goes smoothly and without any inconvenience. Moreover, their professionalism extends to the cleanliness of their work; they always make sure to clean up after each service, leaving my space as neat as when they arrived. This attention to detail and respect for my home greatly enhances the overall service experience.

The health and vibrancy of my turtle aquarium are a testament to the high-quality service provided by Creative Aquatics. Their expertise not only ensures the well-being of my aquatic pets but also transforms my aquarium into a beautiful, thriving ecosystem. I highly recommend Creative Aquatics to anyone in need of reliable and expert aquarium maintenance services. Their exceptional team goes above and beyond to meet, and often exceed, customer expectations.

I have to say I love your display in the Oviedo Mall, the "Wish Fish" tank with the blood parrots and the gouramis (?), it is such as cute idea. Not sure if Creative Aquatics maintains it or if you just sold it to someone with the mall, but it is a great display with an innovative concept. As someone that works in agriculture, I love the little scrolling display on it to tell about the fish and their care, it's important that consumers know what goes on behind the scenes!

Little kiddy type displays aren't usually things I'd spend money on, but it is such a great concept and I love the magnet too.
