I recently had an interaction with your company and employees and would like to give my praise and thanks. During pick up for transport, your employees, James & Hanzell displayed the utmost professionalism that one could ask for during an event like this. I have witnessed several funeral home companies for transport and none of them can compare to Cremations of Greater Tampa Bay. Everything about the interaction displayed discipline and professionalism. My admiration ranged from the attire the employees had on (dressed to impress), to them presenting the Veteran with his flag in an organized manner (I am a Veteran & completely appreciated this) as well as the men bowing their heads and standing by patiently during a spouse's moment of grief. WOW! As a third party standing by during this time, I was just in "Aw" of the coordination and smoothness of the transition from bed to vehicle. Every detail was covered & these men showed that they were prepared and were competent in being able to handle this situation in a responsible & dignified way. I just wanted to send a note and express my appreciation for having such an outstanding company with amazing staff. Although that position/occupation may be difficult, it is such a valuable position. I am thankful to know that a company like yours is available during such an important time of need.

Last month November 2024, my father in law passed away. My Father in Law made it known to me in the past that he wanted to be cremated.

Around May of 2024, Knowing this moment was coming I started calling around to several funeral homes and cremation services inquiring about services, pricing, procedures, and just basic information since I was not very well versed on this type of service.

All I got was from these calls to several businesses offering cremations, was high pressure sales tactics, no patience to give me any information and just all around insensitivity.

BUT, then I called CREMATIONS OF GREATER TAMPA BAY.

All I can say is WOW. I spoke to TJ the owner and Funeral director, he was considerate, knowledgeable and understanding of the situation. He explained ALL his services and the costs per service was EXTREMELY FAIR.

Well , the moment came in November and TJ handled everything. He explained the whole process in detail and my wife and I decided to go with a small gathering and viewing at his location. All I can say is that everything was perfect.

Multiple times while meeting with him I witnessed him addressing individuals that have suffered a loss and he treated all these calls with respect and dignity.

His staff was also friendly, kind and respectful.

I cannot recommend this man enough. He is truly a God send to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one.

I want to say THANK YOU TJ AND YOUR STAFF.
