Ask for Careese! She has been taking care of my pup for the past 6 months and he always comes back looking sharp, feeling super soft, and smelling great! It's very easy to tell Careese and her team care about the dogs, their owners, and enjoy what they do.

This place is amazing. I have an American Akita which are known to be standoffish and sometimes aggressive. I’ve taken her to four different groomers and they could not clip her nails or brush her teeth. She wasn’t being aggressive but just fidgety. So I took her to the vet and same thing. They told me they would need to sedate her to get the job done. The young lady that took care of my dog was so great. She went right up to my dog and started talking to her and petting her. She was able to do the job in like 15 minutes as she was patient and talked to my dog comforting her the entire time. I couldn’t believe it. They also have awesome food, treats and toys. We will keep coming back here!

I love this place! The selections are great and high quality. My dog Max (goldendoodle) have loved everything I’ve brought home. Amanda is the best! She’s such a kind person and she’s super knowledgeable about the products the store carries.

This store is amazing. The staff is friendly. The groomers are the best I’ve ever used! Thank you for allowing us to bring our Dogs Inc pup in for free grooming services. As a volunteer it is so helpful to have this taken care of for us. Excellent supply of quality food and toys etc. 🐾Josie

Beamo gets dog washes through the membership, and the pricing is affordable. Treats galore 💓. Also, anytime I've had a question about different things the store offers, they all have been super helpful!

Didn't tell me my appointment was a different groomer.

Next groomer supposed to be there by 9am but no one seemed to know why I didn't get a call or why their groomer was not there.

Owners blamed me when I questioned about why this occurred.

To the owners: I shortent this because it's actually not as involved as YOU made it.

I'm disappointed and still won't be back.

You may want to work on how you deal with customers.

We love dog perfect! We use the bath stations regularly and get all our food and treats from there. The discount partnership they have with Nate’s Honor Rescue has been a blessing and allowed us to take advantage of all their amenities! We also love the staff who are always knowledgeable and so kind and friendly to our dog, Remi. I only wish they’d update their wash stations a bit since they usually have broken parts or the rinse settings are out of order. But overall, we still love using the wash stations and are so grateful to not have to wash Remi at home and make a huge mess! Plus he loves getting a little treat afterwards 🧡

I found this place after looking for dog bakeries. I stopped in to get a few treats and crown for my dog and Hailey told me about their Perfect Perks Membership. I was able to get a free stuffed fox toy for my dog’s birthday too. I love this place!
