Huge thank you to Dr. Johnson and Rachel. I took my chihuahua here for a dental cleaning in January and I had a great experience. Doctor Johnson and Rachel provided me with all upfront cost associated, care instructions for post surgery and called me multiple times to ensure my dog was doing and healing well. I was nervous to have my little dog get put under anesthesia but the team was extremely comforting throughout the entire process. This was a 10 out of 10 experience I really recommend this team and office.

I’ve been to many vets for my cat, and most of them were crap. However, the vets here were amazing. They thoroughly examined my meow meow from nose to tail, more diligently than other vets, and even took a recording of her heart to track if her heart murmur was progressing! I will be back. :)

Overall experience was great the dr and technicians were so kind and supportive. They examine your pet thoroughly and give you all the options and amount before proceeding forward which is great so you know the cost before hand. They treated my cats medical problems on the spot and gave me the medication to take home. They answered all questions about the appointment and even gave me additional resources i will benefit from in the future. Overall this is the best clinic I’ve been to in my life for pets. The inside is so clean and the rooms are comfortable for pets with toys and treats, I recommend you to go here if you’re in the Tampa area.Im a young adult and this gave me confidence that their are still people who genuinely love helping others.

I would be extremely careful with all the positive reviews— I genuinely have a hard time believing they aren’t paid for after my visit.

I was charged $600 for my dogs ear infection AFTER removing a few unnecessary services that were added. As someone who has worked in sales myself — this was some of the most intense selling of services I’ve ever seen. It does not feel like a vet.

There did not seem to be much care for my dog— just a massive list of inflated and itemized costs for a simple infection.

I paid $600 for my dog to get neutered at my last vet— to charge the same for a 10 minute visit is insanity.

I had a great experience at GoodVets South Tampa. Dr. Mora & Justin were super helpful & got me in and out quickly. My cat had a watery eye & they were able to get me in the next day. Super friendly staff.

For once in my life I didn't have to wait for a long time for the doctor to walk in and immediately start examining my puppy. The doctor was very thorough and generous with her time and wasn't trying to rush out. She answered all my questions and reassured me because I was worried. She gave me tips for the future as well. Both the Vet and her assistant were very kind, polite and patient with myself and my baby American Bully

Dr. Mora was extremely informative about everything going on with my cat. He was very patient, caring, and thoughtful during our visit. I had a difficult decision to make about what our next step would be, and Dr. Mora helped me figure it out with all of our different options. The staff at this location truly care about animals and it shows. I definitely recommend using Good Vets in South Tampa for all your animal needs!

I had an amazing experience at GoodVets. I went the first time to get my cat Foxy looked at for skin issues. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous and helped my stressed kitty feel at ease. Dr. Rubright was amazing she looked at and treated my kitty. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The pricing for everything was also very reasonable and everything was discussed with me prior to anything being done so there were no unexpected surprises. I was so impressed I ended up bringing my other kitty Bella to be seen just as a routine visit, and when I brought Foxy back her follow-up we felt nice and at ease after the previous pleasant encounters. I'm happy to say my Foxy is doing much better and I'm extremely grateful to GoodVets and Dr. Rubright for the care and attention given to my pets and myself.
